Help build the library for AHE’s Skill.Set.Go. training system. 

AHE is looking for knowledgeable members to help develop online, asynchronous microtrainings for the Skill.Set.Go. training system. We are seeking experts in Communication Skills for EVS Techs. 

Time Commitment:  
30-40 hours during Q1-Q2 2023 

Responsibility: 

  • Commit to weekly meetings (online) with AHE instructional designer 

  • Provide expert knowledge on EVS communication 

  • Review content and provide feedback during required timeframe 

  • Assist with curation of additional materials and resources as needed  

 

Eligibility: 

  • Expert knowledge of the communication needs, best practices, and strategies that are most relevant to EVS. This could include (but is not limited to) the following: 

    • Why communication is important in EVS 

    • How effective communication improves productivity, efficiency, and outcomes 

    • Best practices and strategies for communicating effectively in a health care facility 

  • Experience working directly with front line EVS technicians either as supervisor or trainer (at least 1 year)
