Hi my name is Veronica Rivera. I am a EVS manager in a small rural hospital named Graham Regional Medical Center Hospital. I started out as a EVS tech in 2015 and moved up to manager position in 2018. I would love to learn more about becoming more sufficient as a manager. I have a crew as of right now finally fully staffed to 9 technicians, we were only 3 employees for couple of years.
